Murphy's Law

We have had a lot of incidents this week that fall under Murphy's Law .

Murphy's Law #1: Every time you get the laundry all caught up, that's when your three-year-old has a potty accident.

Murphy's Law #2: You fork out almost $200 to get your vents cleaned because the AC is not blowing super strong, and then your AC breaks completely the next day! (and it takes a week to decide the problem is serious enough to call in a professional so you suffer with an 85 degree house all week).

Murphy's Law #3: You take your nine-month-old to the doctor for his well-baby check up, and fork out $20. Four days later he comes down with a fever and ear infection, another $20 co-pay and doctor visit. Then four days after that return again to the doctors office (another $20) because he's apparently allergic to Amoxicillian and breaks out with rashes. Not to mention four other $20 co-pays (a total of $140) within the same week for the rest of the family (Lily -follow-up on meds., Jeff -E.N.T., Tom & I -eye doctor).
