Quick overview of March

Since I am so behind on my blog posts, here's a quick summary of March...
Tom had an overnight camp with his brothers at our cabin.  Despite having the warm cabin, the boys slept outside in the snow, and Tom was too hot in his sleeping bag and tarp.  He's been keeping up with March Madness and filled out a bracket along with the other guys in the CLaW Club.  The two that lose, have to make a steak dinner for the winner.  Tom will be helping to make the steak dinner.  He and Tami are doing a research study for Dangue Fever for a little extra money.
Tami decided to do a summer school preschool and so far has around 12 kids interested.  She's been busy with the Jordan River Temple: getting the youth ready for the celebration program, touring the temple with her family and the youth, and volunteering as parking help.  If you count doing endowments at the Draper temple with Tom and their temple friends, her and Tom taking Lily to the do baptisms on a Friday they all had off (Tom baptized Liy and Tami did initiatories), touring the JR Temple twice and volunteering, she's been to the temple five times this month!  She also had a fun girls night out getting Pedicures and dinner with her CLaW Club friends.  She is excited about inheriting Aimee's old living room furniture and is on the hunt for some chairs and tables to go with it.
Lily had a busy month.  She had her school choir concert, she went with Tami to see "Bye Bye Birdie" at the Empress Theater for her theater class, she got almost all A's an a couple B's on her report card, she got to experience a mini MTC experience, where she got to be a missionary for a day, then went to the temple and did baptisms.  but the best event of the month was heading down to Texas to train with Dell & Teresa's paramoter gliding company for a couple weeks.  She won't be back until April 12th.
Jeff got to help put shoe coverings on at the Jordan River Temple open house.  He said they stayed very busy, but it was fun missing school for it.  Jeff also met with Stars Talent Studio.  They were looking for blond boys ages 12-18 for a commercial, so I contacted them about Jeff and they wanted to meet him!  However, the interview seemed to be more about getting a profile together so he could then be in commercials and such.  He even memorized a script and was recorded!  It was a neat experience and Jeff wants to finish his profile (he needs a head shot done) so he can be in commercials.  If he wants to do more than that, they suggest he takes classes, we'll see what happens.  Jeff's Rubik's Cube collection is now up to 11!  He also got his new glasses.  It was also Jeff's turn for date night.  We played basketball at the church (his cousins joined us) and then went to dinner at Wendy's.
Cedric stayed home for two hours by himself for the first time!  This is a big deal, as he still deals a little with his fears.  Tami had an appointment on a day Cedric was home sick from school, so she put a movie on for him and Facetimed with him while she was gone.  He did well, and wasn't even scared.  He loves to read and his favorite books are graphic novels, such as Dog Man, Bone Books, and Captain Underpants.
Sophie got to go on a field trip to the zoo, dress up for Dr. Seuss Day, and had a party her class earned.  She got to bring show and tell, stuffed animals, wear pajamas and the whole school could wear hats that day, so along with treats to share, she had quite the day.  She's been so excited for Easter and would ask every morning how many more days.  Sophie's also had a lot of play dates with friends and they've loved the warm weather we had for a bit.

Angel isn't sure what to think of going for car rides, but sometimes I would take her with me to pick up Lily.
 Dr. Seuss Day
 Girl Scout Cookie Time!
Sophie's homemade Wemit (reverent) stickers for FHE.
 Jeff's new glasses.
Lily had to carry a gallon of water around all day for an object lesson at school.  It was about water conservation and how some third world countries have to carry their water from the rivers to their homes.  She named her water jug, Mo (since it was Mount Olympus water).
Fun date night at Fat Cats, celebrating Suzy's birthday with bowling and pie.
 Lily's Spring choir concert.
CLaW Club Kids. Koleson, Livvy and Lily after the choir concert.
Touring the newly remodeled Jordan River Temple.

Date night with Jeff, playing basketball.
Baptisms at the Oquirrh Mountain Temple with Lily.
Touring the JR Temple with the mutual.  There were so many neat activities gearing the youth to be ready for the re-dedication and opening of the temple.
Visiting Grandma Kay in the hospital after a bad fall.
Lily went off to Texas with Dell and Teresa's family to study motor paragliding again.  She will be gone for three weeks!
Sophie's outfit for school for pajama/hat day.
Jeff helping to put booties on people's shoes at the temple open house.
Volunteering to help with parking at the JR temple with my friend, Kristi.
We lucked out having a beautiful spring day!
Jeff's Rubik's cube collection, well at least some of them.
