Do you want to build a snowman? This January, this is the only kind of snowman we’ve been able to build.
It’s been such a mild winter this year, and January has been very warm!
However, that didn’t stop us from going up to Soldier Hollow to go tubing (thank goodness for snow machines).
We went on a Friday when the kids didn’t have school.
This is our third year going and first time Sophie could go.
We had a very nice day and so much fun!
We met up with our friends, Dee and Angelyn and their kids.
Sophie did really well, except we went down one really fast run, with a ton of jumps and she did not like it at all! (In fact, the run was getting so fast and dangerous that they closed it down to re-plow it right after we went down).
Of course, Sophie was warn out by the time we left! She was asleep before we even hit Midway.
Afterwards, we went to Pizza Pie Cafe for dinner.
