On May 22nd our Jeffy boy turned 11!
I can't believe how grown up Jefferson is getting!
He'll always be our cute, little tow-headed boy.
On his birthday, I surprised Jeff and checked him out of school and took him to lunch. Afterwards, I picked up donuts and took them to his class.
That night we went to The WairHouse Trampoline Arena as a family. The place didn't open until the evening, so the kids and I stopped at a grocery store nearby and got some fruit for a snack, while we waited for it to open(Tom met us there).
We practically had the whole place to ourselves!
Afterward, we went to Panda Express for dinner.
When we got home, we had leftover donuts, instead of cake, and ice cream. Jeff's primary teachers also dropped off a giant cupcake that we used for his cake so he could blow out the candles.
He got a Stephen Curry Basketball, a little electronic drum set, candy and chips, earphones and a Miami Dolphins shirt. It was a fun night!
Here are eleven things I love about Jeff...
1- He is athletic and loves basketball
2- He's a good student and is very smart
3- He loves being with his friends
4- He is becoming more responsible and helpful at home
5- He loves helping with Sophie and giving her affection
6- He is good about attending church, saying prayers and teaching the FHE lessons
7- He helps others at school when they don't understand the work
8- He's competitive and loves a challenge
9- He has such cute freckles and thick blonde hair. He's so handsome
10- He loves his Dad more than anyone and loves doing things with him
11- He knows what's right and usually makes the right decision, even when it's hard
Happy Birthday Jefferson!
