Easter

Easter seemed to come and go so quick this year. We arranged to have the Easter Bunny come Friday night since we have 9am church. And that way it didn't take away from the true meaning of Easter, which we focused more on on Sunday. However, Jeff did have a 9am soccer game Saturday morning, but we were able to fit in a little Easter fun before that. First the kids had to find their baskets and then they were allowed to find eggs.

Unfortunately our camera broke later that day so we don't have many pictures. The camera would work, but you couldn't see the screen to know what you were taking a picture of. Here are the kids decorating eggs (I thought this picture turned out pretty good considering I couldn't see what I was photographing).
Then Easter Sunday Lily got to wear her new dress and we did her hair all in curlers (the first picture didn't turn out as you can see, but the second one was a little better).
We went to church, though Tom and I were not feeling good so we only stayed through Sacrament meeting. I was proud of Lily and Jeff though, they both chose to stay the whole time. Later that afternoon we did another egg hunt at Tom's parent's house and then had dinner at my parent's house. I was sad to not have our camera with us, but it was a good holiday none-the-less.
